Mino-Yaki is a traditional ceramic from the Gifu region of central Japan with over 1,300 years of history. Nezumi-Shino belongs to the celebrated Shino ware family.
What distinguishes Nezumi-Shino is its iron-rich base that creates a cool, bluish undertone (Nezumi Color). The fine, microscopic dimpling reveals warm reddish-brown iron tones throughout the surface, creating a subtle interplay of cool and warm hues that defines its quiet sophistication.
